Terms of Service
Simple, plain terms covering how requests, payment, scheduling and sessions work.
Requests are not bookings
Submitting the form on this website is a request for a session or program. It does not confirm or reserve anything. GameMind reviews each request and replies by email.
Payment and confirmation
Payment is not collected through this website. After a request is submitted, GameMind provides the available payment methods and next steps by email. A session is confirmed once payment and scheduling have been completed.
Services and pricing
The Initial Individual Session is $100. Individual sessions afterwards are $100 per session. The 3-Month Individual Development Program is $500 in total and includes 6 individual sessions, generally 2 sessions per month. The program can be renewed for another development cycle.
Sessions and footage
Sessions are delivered remotely and are built around the player's own match footage. Instructions for sending footage are provided once a session is confirmed. If suitable footage cannot be provided, a session may need to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, contact GameMind by email as early as possible and an alternative time will be arranged where availability allows.
What GameMind provides
GameMind provides individual tactical analysis, education and mentorship. It complements — and does not replace — the player's coach, team training, technical work or physical preparation. GameMind is not a recruitment or representation service and makes no promise of contracts, trials or placement.
