GameMind Institute works with individual players, often young players. We keep what we collect minimal and we use it only for the player's development process.
What we collect
When you submit a session request, we receive the information you provide in the form: the player's name, age, country, club or academy, position, the parent or guardian's name where applicable, an email address, a phone number, the development areas you selected, an optional match footage link and any additional notes.
Why we use it
This information is used to respond to your request, to arrange availability, payment and scheduling, and to prepare and deliver the player's individual analysis and development process. We do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Match footage
Match footage is used only for the player's own analysis and development. It is not published, shared publicly or used in marketing without the explicit permission of the player and, for players under 18, a parent or guardian.
Young players
For players under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian submits the request and stays involved in all communication and scheduling.
Retention and access
Requests and player information are kept only for as long as needed for the development process and normal record keeping. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you submitted.
